Privacy notice
Updated October 12, 2026. This notice describes how SiteThatBooks uses information on this website. Contact hello@sitethatbooks.com with questions or requests about your information.
When you contact us
We collect the contact details, business information, website address and project details you choose to submit. We use them to review your request, respond, arrange a conversation and provide the services you request. Submitting a form does not sign you up for an unrelated marketing mailing list.
A request may include campaign labels from the link you followed, so we can understand which campaign brought the inquiry. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details or private information about your customers.
Services that help operate the website
We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for request storage, Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse, Resend for email notifications, and Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy for correspondence. Google Fonts supplies website fonts. These providers process relevant information, including technical connection information, to deliver their services.
Optional advertising measurement
If you accept advertising cookies, we use Meta Pixel to measure page visits and successfully submitted inquiries and understand advertising performance on Facebook and Instagram. Meta can receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, page address, cookie or advertising identifiers and the event time, and may associate activity with your Meta account.
Our event code does not send your form answers, name, email address or phone number to Meta. Automatic advanced matching is disabled. We do not load Meta Pixel until you accept advertising cookies. Declining does not affect your ability to use our forms.
Use Cookie preferences below to change your choice. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping advertising measurement off. Withdrawing consent stops future events from this site, but does not recall information already sent. See Meta's privacy policy for how Meta uses information and the controls available through Meta.
Storage and your choices
Your advertising-cookie preference is saved in your browser. If you consent, Meta may set advertising cookies, and we temporarily keep random submission identifiers in session storage to avoid counting the same inquiry twice. These identifiers contain no form answers.
We retain request and correspondence information to respond to inquiries, manage client relationships and meet applicable recordkeeping needs. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. We may need to verify the request, and some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons.
Updates
We may update this notice when our services or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
